- ItemGuía histórica digital e impresa sobre las calles más relevantes del cantón Cuenca que se encuentran dentro del Centro Histórico aplicando realidad aumentada(Instituto de Tecnologías Sudamericano, 2019) Prado Alvarado Jessica Alexandra; Guamán Medina Edisson FernandoThe purpose of this project is to propose the development of a digital historical guide of the most striking streets of the Historic Center of Cuenca province of Azuay, Ecuador with the support of the Direccion de Areas Historicas y Patrimoniales. With the purpose of offering brief and precise information to national and foreign tourists who visit our city. In the first chapter of the thesis the problem is addressed, in chapter two theoretical, conceptual, legal framework was made and in chapter three the research methodology of the main streets of the Historic Center is structured finally in chapter four The analysis and interpretation of results was carried out through interviews to conclude with the creation of the historical guide that allows a detailed reading of the illustrious characters that are recorded in the streets of Cuenca. Within the creation of the guide, the survey of the main streets is developed to continue with the study through a signing gathering brief information about its history, the conceptualization of the digital guide, the legal framework, the project technique that includes the description, the Design for structuring the guide. For the conclusion of this project, bibliographic research was also carried out through the field visit to libraries of different public entities to obtain better information results. According to the concept of (Sandoval Guerrero, 2017) of Cultural heritage and tourism are two areas of high interest for the tourist community at national and international level, because their relationship determines the tastes and preferences of visitors to their destinations; Based on this premise, this study aims to recognize the interrelation between them, identifying tourism products related to cultural tourism, due to the importance of the vital contribution to this sector of the country's economy. The methodology applied is based on the documentary analysis on heritage, cultural heritage, tourism and cultural tourism from the perspective of various theorists; On the other hand, there has been a statistical survey of movable heritage assets registered in the Ecuadorian Cultural Heritage Information System (SIPCE), of the National Heritage Institute (INPC) and which are part of Ecuador's tourism offer. The study revealed that the highest percentage of tourist concentration is located in destinations such as Quito, Guayaquil, Santa Elena and Cuenca, these spaces have attractions related to material cultural heritage, many of them cataloged and registered, while others have not yet been. Therefore, the existence of a considerable number of them was identified, which reflect the essence, the symbolic and identity value of the peoples to which they belong; giving the visitor the cultural diversity of the country, due to its condition of being diverse and intercultural, evidenced by the exhibition of tangible and intangible heritage as a means of manifesting ideas, thoughts, desires, frustrations and needs.
- ItemDiseño de infografías animadas sobre las fiestas religiosas y tradicionales para el Museo de la Vicaría de la ciudad de Gualaceo(Instituto de Tecnologías Sudamericano, 2019) Saca Cuji Nelson Esteban; Figueroa Zhiñin Carlos GustavoThis written document raises the problem of the fact that in the Museum of Religious Art of the Vicariate of the City of Gualaceo, it has digital rooms or cinemas, but the material exposed in it is not of the quality that should be exhibited, for what makes a historical and cultural inquiry of the main religious and traditional festivals of this canton; animated infographics are proposed in which the visitor is presented a historical summary of each experiential and transcendental characteristic from the Gualaceñan identity. This work involves the criteria and concepts from design in the part of the digital animation that is realized by diverse video, audio, images and effects computer programs, whose fines allow to create a creative and innovative process. The color, typography and animation creates a pleasant, fresh and persuasive mix for those who go into a modern space with digital features. The animated infographics help us to know in an entertaining way every feature and important fact of these religious and popular manifestations which are: "Pase del Niño", "Mayo mes de María y las Cruces", "Corpus Christi and Septenario", and "El Patrón Santiago". To support all that has been done, we used bibliographic sources that lead us to conclude a work that matches the needs of the museum. This opened our eyes by allowing us to know our own folkloric manifestations and bringing them to others thanks to the knowledge acquired in the past years of study.

These characters contributed to the development and sowed the roots of the city's culture. This project proposes the creation and design of biographical illustrations that aims to be a dissemination resource, so that children, youth and adults can inform and learn. For this process, surveys were conducted to determine if the implementation of a biographical illustration of illustrious characters is necessary, which gave as positive for its realization, prior to this the elements to be developed for the creation of character illustration were raised, the design of graphic elements was also processed, these will allow a more homogeneous creation. Sketches were developed which are important as guides for the layout and placement of support elements. Additional elements already created are based on a specific structure respecting spaces and seeking to create prominent pages of visual elements.

For this, different types of research methods were applied, on the one hand, the qualitative-quantitative method for obtaining information and on the other, the interview with the owner to detect the problem of the JOB SPORT company. According to the interviews and survey that was carried out, it was determined that the problem is found in customer service in more detail in the reception of orders, so the idea of designing a mobile application, for customer service management, was a positive contribution. for the company, since customers can be faster to be able to make the prototypes and quote in real time by creating a virtual store accessible twenty four hours a day from their smartphone anywhere.

This has demanded of an analysis focused on the current situation of ceramics, where the problem of receiving tiles with model designs out of preference, allows to visualize a possible solution through the use of graphic design graphic applied to the ceramic area. the what is innovative. Once the problem is defined, the interest of the proposed catalog is to break the dependence that ceramics maintains with international designs and models arriving in the country, 9 years after being a trend. It is through graphic design, of the foundations of design, of the main Gestalt`s laws, of symmetry concepts, colorimetry and ergonomics, creation of this catalogue has been accomplished, applicable to ceramics of floor tiles. Within this proposal and being the graphic design considered a creation tool, it has been necessary also use editorial design, to develop a catalog that potentially improves the idea, image and the finished product. All factory information has been collected and processed through data analysis, considering the needs and corporate requirement; to develop the processes of: sketching, chart creation and natural textures that allow to reach a functional product applied in ceramics by means of the 3D digital printing, that offers the KERAJET technology.

A coherent visual identity brings many benefits to an institution. This work aims to cover several aspects from the creation of identity, such as the development of a new Imagotype, accompanied by a user manual and a public campaign on the social network of Facebook to the creation of events, which can maintain a connection more direct between consumers and the company; In addition to establishing links with employees through employer branding, employees can have that way that they feel more motivated when doing their jobs and in this way be able to convey that motivation to their customers. The restructuring of a brand is very important for a company to reach the highest levels in the performance of its functions. A corporate manual is the physical manifestation and makes visual references of the identity of an organization. Through environmental research and market research, learn more about the reasons why consumers buy products, thereby obtaining strategies that allow you to lose the opportunities presented by the company. After a previous study and the subsequent creation of a creative brief, a new Isologotype was developed, which was the basis for starting to work on the manual; This defines the appropriate uses and applications both internally and externally in print and digital media. The project sought to provide a cooler graphic identity that matches the name and efforts they make so that more people can identify with the company's projects.

Another proposed method is the CANVA canvas model, which will guide the introduction to the market step by step guaranteeing a better reception and innovating the company accompanied by the construction of brand and corporate image to achieve a good reputation in the market and be a great memory for customers, generating in each of the products, spaces, packaging and advertising, a sense of belonging, a feeling of transfer to different places of the Ecuadorian coasts, in addition several strategies for market introduction have also been implemented and positioning in it, such as the presence in social networks to attract a younger audience since it is a means that has become traditional in the current market, loyalty and trafic buiding strategies, as well as carrying out a cost analysis relevant to each strategy and evaluating the projected growth, resulting in favorable profitability values.

In Ecuador this festival is celebrated in the main cities with masquerades and satires, particularly in Cuenca, the traditional thing is to celebrate with persistent teasing and jokes since the time of the Colony, on this date it is sought to highlight the innocence of the people through jokes and teasing, the same that start from December twenty-eight and end on January 6. The purpose of this technical project is to expose the process that was carried out through the design and layout of an editorial product, documenting the hard teamwork between students and teachers of the South American Technological Institute, referring to the masquerades of January 6, 2020 in the city of Cuenca, through the perspective of Ismael Vásquez. Throughout this action, it intervenes in different areas from the concretion of ideas for the topic raised in several meetings of teachers and students to the direction and execution within the group work of the Faculty of Graphic Design and other careers within the institute. Essential methodologies were applied to gather the accumulation of information and obtain the problem through surveys, field work, direct observation, etc. Which resulted in the students not having a favorable connection for teamwork.

Taking as a base the mentioned purpose, the technical signing of illustrious people who are in the crypt and give way to the debugging of research is emphasized. After this, we selected information to design and make a layout of interactive cards. These indicators of information help tourists by describing the date of birth and death, educational level, photographic record and works or contributions for the city or for the Cathedral. In the same way, it was created an audiovisual product that shows attributes and information of the temple as value of technological and digital innovation for the promotion and dissemination of tourist attraction.

Watch this, our project focuses on the design of new forms of self-learning for the Museum of the Concepts of the city of Cuenca, as a first objective, we have collected information, to redesign the existing identification cards in the museum, we have chosen for a homologated and minimalist design, which preserves the internal image of the museum. Integrating to them the technology of QR codes, to access an interactive infographic with which you can make a self-guidance and an informative video narrated by the museum's director.

Adolescents are a particularly vulnerable population group in being able to develop risk behaviors related to the internet and new technologies, being at an age that is characterized by difficulties in measuring risks, a false sense of invulnerability, the need to socialize and also the need for privacy, leaving aside the main events that happened in the country. Due to this lack of interest on the part of adolescents in the following degree work, a study of resources and digital methods is carried out to streamline and transmit information in an entertaining way, based on animated short films. In this way the main characters were defined with a specific graphic line as well as the chromatic for each short film after creating the scenarios, the proposal is proposed as the first phase since the prominent characters are of greater number, and with these elements you can base for the creation of future short films.

The objective of the project is to create a Corporate Identity Manual for the Granja Integral Fernandez and position the brand through the design of an advertising campaign offering the different products. In the first part we will talk about the purpose of the work. This part will include the introduction, the problem statement, justification and objectives of the project. In the second part we will start making proposals for sketches for the creation of the brand, creating plans, general dimensions of the design. In the third part, an advertising campaign will be carried out on social networks (Facebook and Instagram) applying the design concepts, with the aim of publicizing the brand and the different products offered by the farm. Finally, the list of both organizational conditions will be taken into account, which deals with the schedule of activities carried out for the project; economic, which will explain centered on the overall cost of the finished design.

With the tools and methodology of data visualization and interactivity such as multimedia, a communicational alternative is developed and applied from a modern vision to promote and promote archaeological tourism. This graphic design project uses 360 photography tools and web design to create a site where the most important archaeological complexes in the province of Cañar are promoted, allowing the user to fully know connotative and denotative aspects of the complex.
- ItemCreación de manual de identidad visual corporativa y campaña publicitaria en la red social Facebook, Instagram y Twitter de la “Granja Escuela Ecológica Learnaya” de la ciudad de Cuenca(Instituto de Tecnologías Sudamericano, 2020) Pedro Marcelo Tacuri AyavacaIn the present project, we designed the logo and the visual corporate identity manual for the "Learnaya Ecological Farm School". Now for the development of the project we proceed to mention or detail the parameters in which we will work or improve its image, such as the design of the logo and corporate visual identity manual. Therefore we began to design the logo by taking some of the characteristics that identify them as mountains and lagoon behind the Farm School, in this case we used those elements for the simple fact that this reference gives much to say about the Farm School. This will be based mainly on the analysis of the problems encountered during the project, and then an analysis will be made to begin with the sketch that will be the new logo, making any changes that may be necessary for a better identity. The graphic line corresponding to the Farm School will be taken into account when the vectorization begins after the sketch is approved. On the other hand, the corporate chromatic was used green, cyan and blue, as these three colors are associated with nature, loyalty, peace, these three colors were defined for both the isologian and the typography respectively. The typography is in line with the imagotype because it is rigid and shows freshness, relaxation and loyalty, which is what characterizes the company. We brought together all these elements described and applied them in different ways to use the brand. The intention is to use a digital marketing campaign on the social networks Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to publicize the services it provides, so that they know everything that the people of Cuenca have to offer. To fulfill this task, the methodology of research, interview, data collection and peer analysis was used. In this way, sketches for the new imagotype and the marketing campaign were developed and finally digitized and laid out in the different Adobe programs.

Through the DESIGN OF A PRINTING GUIDE AND GRAPHIC FINISHES, which will reinforce the entire process mentioned above and with the help of the Augmented Reality tool applied to our guide, it will be taught in a different and much more concise way to our target audience. The first step in the development of our Printing Guide is the collection of information about; the printing processes and final finishes that were provided by the owners of the different printers in Cuenca, as well as information about the Augmented Reality process. The next step is the analysis of counterparts, since this helps us to have a clearer vision of what we want to project. After having a clear idea, we begin the development of the brand for our guide in this case is called “EL ARTESANO”. Once the sketch that best fits was approved, the information gathered in the layout and development of the graphic line for the printing guide in the Adobe Illustrator program was carried out. This resulted in a DESIGN OF A PRINTING GUIDE AND GRAPHIC FINISHES IN INCREASED REALITY FOR ENTREPRENEURS, DESIGNERS, STUDENTS AND TEACHERS "EL ARTESANO" and a very sober graphic composition.
