With this precedent a device has been developed that allows them to learn this system, but through interactive games and without the presence of a tutor all the time. This project is framed in a qualitative - interpretive approach and proposes the design of a device with free hardware boards and audio player, all this is armed in a model made of wood (MDF), and elaborated by laser cutting so that the student place sticks in the holes of the model and this in turn will return the letter entered through audio coding between hardware and software, allowing you to advance through levels and verify your progress through a database stored in the cloud maintaining control of their close relatives and / or legal guardian of the person with special abilities (VISUAL). This approach will finally describe the results obtained with the device, as well as the conclusions and recommendations for the users.

The system seeks to improve the management of the library will provide a good service to students or teachers who need the requested information and help contribute to the learning process of their training. For the development of the management system, the SCRUM methodology is applied, which is specifically indicated for short-term projects, where results are needed soon and the requirements are changing since it allows innovation, flexibility, competitiveness, and productivity, taking take into account the phases of the SCRUM methodology that helps the development of the system for the library of the South American Institute of Technology. The implementation was carried out by using the programming language in PHP with the PHPRAF tool and using MYSQL as the database manager of PHPMYADMIN. The development of this library management system will improve the service to students who control the loans of books that recognize one of the difficulties solved by the better control of the loan of the books that students make for the development of books. subjects in a certain period of time that I need it and allows the teacher to give enough time to deepen research topics, avoiding the conformities of students, teachers and administrators. There are many ways to help children with their concentration and motivation to learn from which we have taken the technological way using mobile and robotic means as an incentive for their preparation and with these arouse children's interest. Therefore, it has been decided to develop a mobile learning application for children from 3 to 5 years of age for the educational institution “NOVA”, using a robot that serves as a complement to the system and that this is easy to use for the child. In this application we will integrate voice recognition for the different learning modules by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Ecuador and according to the teaching of the child's tutor also applying robotic principles to awaken the interest of the child and motivate him to follow learning and moving through the different modules. The union of these two themes results in an interactive and didactic mobile application for children of the aforementioned ages, which is a means for teaching and learning of children which through the use of the various modules established will have to perform activities proposed by the academic tutor in order to obtain a learning result.

In order to improve the service in the company, the titling work proposes the design and implementation of a web room management system, which will allow for better customer management, room availability, service consumption control, inventory control, streamline processes and improve citizen service. For the development of this work, the requirements were raised through techniques to obtain information that is relevant for the creation of the system, then the database modeling was carried out, with the help of entity relationship diagrams. Once the database was established, sequence diagrams, states, use cases were made; For a better definition of processes, a previous user interface design of each type of screen was made. The development stage of the proposal follows the RUP methodology, used for the analysis, implementation and documentation of object-oriented systems.

It also emphasizes the need for a good practice plan as a measure to achieve the established objectives and safeguard your information to avoid economic losses. This methodology was used to show that in the company there are quite vulnerable information assets from the hardware, to the software and that decisions must be made for your security in each department that handles the valuable information for the company. The document presented, presents the problem, the justification, the general objective and the specific objectives. The first chapter presents the theoretical framework to guide us towards the work that will be done and on which it was based to do it. The second chapter allows to know about the Octave-S Methodology that was used for risk analysis within the Referee Industry. Chapter three puts us in the current state of the company, thus developing the Octave S Methodology implemented for the study of the vulnerabilities of the company, through tables and tables that show percentages of information security. In the fourth chapter, based on the results obtained through the previous analysis, a Good Practices Plan was developed that will support the company to keep their data safe. A proforma is carried out in the same way for the company to focus on prices and needs within its work areas, to implement the solutions. The conclusions of the thesis developed are written and the final recommendations are stated.

Technologically, the tools that LARAVEL provides for the development of Web applications were used, using the PHP programming language, managing the database through MYSQL Workbench and managing the conceptual model of the same medium, which allowed the concept to be applied for web development. Emphasizing, the project, in the end, highlights the importance of studying the areas, competencies, work and academic skills in students of professional practices as a mediator of the requirements that companies today are demanding in these students in terms of application for a call for professional practices and the execution of professional practices agreements between the management of practices and the companies themselves, a fact that helped a lot in the effective design of the product to be shown. With the implementation of this system it is expected to improve each of the activities carried out by the staff.

With this application that seeks to focus on service within the restaurant, the main objective is to improve attention and reduce order delivery times. The main goal of a mobile application is to provide comfort to the user who uses it in addition to fulfilling the objective for which it was created, that is, creating an application that meets the business objective is not the only important thing, but with She can also present in the end an easy-to-use, predictable application with a user-friendly design that uses it, for which the use of IONIC will be of great help to create an application with this description, thanks to the fact that IONIC is Multiplatform and versatile in the construction of interfaces and components and with the help of a FIREBASE database. The use of the mobile application inside the restaurant shortens the waiting time of the consumer as well as generates expectations about the new innovative way of placing an order, we streamline the staff, the administrator or manager has the ability to manage your restaurant in a more comfortable way allowing even that this is not present in the restaurant, since the application will facilitate you to take care and observe in a timely manner how your business is going. In a bar graph of attention that influences how the waiter's behavior was to the client and the waiting time to reach the final objective that is to deliver the prepared dish to the client, the results obtained show that the client obtains his order in a degree of about 5 minutes less than without using the application in addition to showing remarkably that the good attention of the waiter was captured by the consumer.

The project is made up of six chapters, with the following content: The first chapter presents the problem to be solved by asking questions to establish a start in the development of the project, the scope and limitations are defined. In the second chapter there is the elaboration of the theoretical-conceptual framework to define the theoretical foundation of the project and to establish the bases of its development specifying the most relevant concepts. The third chapter presents the methodologies chosen for the development of the risk analysis and the justification of the choice based on the requirements of the organization. In the fourth chapter there is the analysis and interpretation of the results that were made known through the development of the project, the analysis of the results of the survey and the safety shortcomings found in the risk analysis. In the last chapter, the stages and phases used for the development of the proposal are presented in detail, proposing the solution of risk mitigation and the creation of a manual of good practices aimed at employees who handle confidential company information. Finally, the schedule of activities, conclusions, commendations, bibliography and annexes are found that show the results of the project application.

The objective was to develop a tool that improves the management and organization in the information and monitoring of patients in the therapy process, thus offering a dynamic and interactive method. As system capabilities, patient data control and retrieval was improved, a record of assessments was generated, with load and storage of material. For the development of the web application Laravel was used as a development framework, being necessary to address programming knowledge in Php. In addition, SCRUM was applied as an agile methodology to control and facilitate development processes. The use of the digital system allowed the therapist to improve the management of their patients, evaluations and treatment material in a more organized and efficient way, reducing search time and innovating new teaching methods.

In order to minimize these security problems, companies must develop a security plan that helps detect vulnerabilities on the website, one of these is the ISO / IEC 27034 standard, which is an important guide to protect information. For the present in the city of Cuenca, investigate three companies, see if the time to develop web pages, implement the proper functioning of the CID in computer systems, and know if it develops the ISO / IEC 27034 standard, following the steps to analyze the Web page security in order to help the commercial processes they have, through investigations it was announced that companies have some security problems, including vulnerabilities and attacks, which can lead to a leak of important user information. This paper proposes a security manual for web pages, which helps determine that a web page meets the requirements required to have a correct development, which aims to determine if a web page meets the necessary security steps which imposes the ISO / IEC 27034 standard.

The methodology used for the development of the System is RUP, which provides techniques that must be followed by the members of the development team, in order to increase their productivity in the development process. Each of the requirements made within the project has allowed us to achieve the results to meet each of the objectives set and thus obtain.
