Gestión turística: Revenue Management para el sector de alojamiento del cantón Limón Indanza, provincia de Morona Santiago

The present work, whose objective is to design a “Revenue Management for accommodation service providers in the Limón Indanza canton, Morona Santiago province”, this system will benefit to improve the management within the accommodation area. To do this, different types of research methodology were applied, qualitative and quantitative methods were applied to obtain information from entrepreneurs, through interviews and surveys. For the knowledge of the information on the accommodation establishments within the canton, cross-sectional research was applied, in addition the experimental and observational method was applied, which will serve to see the services of the establishments. According to the results obtained through the methods applied, it is concluded that the proposal made for the owners of the accommodation establishments in the canton has an 83% acceptance according to the surveys carried out in the locality. The design of the program was carried out based on the needs of the owners of the accommodation establishments, in addition to being a simple program to use that can benefit companies in decision making or new marketing strategies.
