    Programa de turismo comunitario en Nero: Recuperando las tradiciones ancestrales en equilibrio con la vida

    This Community Tourism Program in Nero: Recovering the Ancestral Traditions in Balance with Life, is developed in the aforementioned community belonging to the province of Azuay, due to the analysis of the area and realizing that it does not have a community tourism plan, I know investigates giving in resolution that one of its main causes is the lack of initiative of the inhabitants and this in fraction has to do with the absence of programs by the GAD of Baños that manages this area, however another of the causes has was the displacement of a place to another. Migration has generated a considerable displacement of people, which causes them to adapt to a new lifestyle and as a consequence there is acculturation, which is a term used to define the fact of adapting as one's own to cultures that come from outside. Causing the loss of the value of the cultural identity that exists within communities such as Nero's. The community tourism program in Nero has been seen as an important tool since through its execution in the community of Nero it would benefit in various ways since it will intervene jointly with the inhabitants to work for a common good such as the emergence of new jobs that will help positively to obtain economic resources for a better quality of life for its inhabitants. The execution of the community tourism program in Nero led to inquiring true information from the different means established in the previously established structure, this was fundamental since each of the selected attractions demanded the exploration and classification of the each one of the elements, taking into account the time for the correct disposition to carry out the activities in the itinerary, taking care of the best for the enjoyment of the tourist. The community of Nero, having natural and cultural attractions, must have a management plan in the event of any event that may threaten each of these elements, which is why it should be encouraged to raise awareness of the preservation of culture and traditions, as to the natural resources see the possibility of dialoguing with community leaders to establish a load capacity management plan in terms of accessibility to the different natural attractions, in this way precautions are taken in advance of possible events that may affect the environment of each ecosystem.
