- ItemSoftware para automatización de procesos de selección y seguimiento del personal en el área psicológica para el ámbito educativo(Instituto Superior Tecnológico Particular Sudamericano, 2025) Vinicio Nicolas Andrade Coronel; Boris Patricio Tobar VintimillaThis study analyzes the relationship between the teacher selection process and employees' emotional well-being in Ecuador, highlighting the importance of evaluating both technical skills and psychological factors. The central problem lies in how workload and the lack of psychological assessment tools affect teachers' performance and emotional stability. The main objective is to propose a more comprehensive selection model that includes psychological evaluations to improve educational quality and teachers' well-being. The research followed a quantitative approach, using surveys directed at selection officers in educational institutions to identify trends and areas for improvement. The main finding revealed that although there is awareness of the importance of psychological evaluation, its application is irregular and unstructured. The results show that factors such as burnout, resilience, and technostress significantly influence teachers' adaptation and performance, making their assessment a necessary part of the selection process. The study concludes that implementing periodic psychological evaluations and balancing workload would contribute to improving teachers' well-being and, consequently, educational quality.
