Abstract
The lack of knowledge of parents about ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) is worrying. Through surveys and information gathering, it was noted that it is necessary to disseminate the topic, since usually the father does not know of the existence of this disorder or when they diagnose it, they feel ignorant about the subject since there is help for children with ADHD, but not much for parents, which are the fundamental pillars to help a child with ADHD grow. Therefore, with the help of trained professionals and the information collected, this project is carried out, with the proposal of a manual for parents that guides them with guidelines for different situations, and also so that they can learn more about the disorder, since as it has been Said before, parents also suffer because they think that this is the worst thing that can happen to them or that it is a disease that has a cure, which is not what they think since this disorder only changes the way they see and think about children, but it is not something that we cannot appease with good habits, organization and patience, it is not a disorder that has a cure but one that can be learned to take calmly. Along with the manual, it is also proposed to make an animation which will take the parent or adult in general to childhood and this will help to understand the feelings and thoughts of a child with ADHD, in this way the proposal will give them a notion of what is ADHD in general? The proposal in general does not eradicate the problem, but it will help the information about this disorder to reach further and be taken seriously.

La falta de conocimiento de los padres de familia sobre el TDAH (Trastorno de déficit de atención con hiperactividad) es preocupante. Mediante encuestas y recopilación de información se dio a notar que es necesaria la difusión del tema, ya que usualmente el padre no sabe de la existencia de este trastorno o cuando lo llegan a diagnosticar, se sienten ignorante ante el tema ya que existen ayuda para los niños con TDAH, pero no mucha para los padres, los cuales son los pilares fundamentales para ayudar en el crecimiento de un niño con TDAH. Por lo cual con la ayuda de profesionales capacitados y la información recopilada se realiza este proyecto, con la propuesta de un manual para padres que los guíe con pautas para diferentes situaciones, y también para que puedan conocer más del trastorno, ya que como se ha dicho antes, los padres también sufren porque piensan que esto es lo peor que les puede pasar o que es una enfermedad que tiene cura, lo cual no es nada de lo que piensan ya que este trastorno solo cambia la forma de ver y pensar en los niños, pero no es algo que no podamos apaciguar con buenos hábitos, organización y paciencia, no es un trastorno que tiene cura pero sí uno que se puede aprender a llevar con tranquilidad. Junto con el manual también se propone hacer una animación la cual llevará al padre o adulto en general a la niñez y esto ayudará a entender el sentimiento y pensamiento de un niño con TDAH, de esta manera la propuesta en conjunto les dará una noción de lo que es el TDAH en general. La propuesta en general no erradica el problema, pero si ayudará a que la información de este trastorno llegue más lejos y sea tomada en serio.
