| dc.description | La presente aplicación establece una metodología a seguir para el monitoreo y registro de horas laborables del Hospital General Isidro Ayora en la ciudad de Loja. Se ha tomado investigación a bordo del tema del desarrollo y la innovación empresarial, debido a que la institución como los empleados no disponen de un sistema automatizado para cumplir funciones administrativas. El Hospital General Isidro Ayora necesita automatizar procesos administrativos de inspección de registro de asistencias, horas laborales ya que es un procedimiento que se desarrolla manualmente que ha ocasionado problemas con el control del pago e registro de asistencia de sus empleados. Se requiere de estructuras para desarrollar el sistema automatizado o la aplicación móvil progresiva con el fin de saldar las necesidades del Hospital General Isidro Ayora en base a sus funciones administrativas, las que, utilizando el concepto del sistema automatizado para orientar sobre el conocimiento, además de determinar con que lenguaje de programación se desarrollara la herramienta. El objetivo del estudio de desarrollar la aplicación móvil es para mejorar el desempeño de los empleados durante su horario laboral. Los empleados tendrán con una aplicación en sus dispositivos móviles aptas para funcionar en dichos equipos donde ellos tendrán por inicio que registrarse en el sistema donde detallarán sus datos personales, una vez registrados ellos deberán marcar su asistencia tanto de entrada, descanso y salida a parte ellos podrán visualizar ya el contador de horas desde que inicie su turno laboral, en la aplicación se podrá comprobar los pagos efectuados por las autoridades administrativas del hospital. Para la indagación se aplicó una investigación dentro de un enfoque mixto, combinando métodos cualitativos como cuantitativos. Se realizó formularios con preguntas para los empleados en base a los problemas con el cálculo de sus pagos y control de sus horas de trabajo donde estadísticamente se conoció las respuestas positivas como negativas para el análisis e interpretación de estos datos. La solución esperada es ampliar la usabilidad de las aplicaciones móviles dentro de un ámbito empresarial en la gestión administrativa. Existe una variedad de proyectos de investigación sobre la gestión del tiempo, pero en otros ámbitos dejando a lado el tema empresarial. Es importante que a futuro se empeñe en innovar estos problemas para mejorar la labor administrativa de una empresa. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This application establishes a methodology to follow for the monitoring and recording of working hours of the Isidro Ayora General Hospital in the city of Loja. Research has been taken on board the subject of business development and innovation, because the institution as well as the employees do not have an automated system to fulfill administrative functions.The Isidro Ayora General Hospital needs to automate administrative processes for inspection of attendance records, working hours since it is a procedure that is developed manually that has caused problems with the control of payment and attendance records of its employees. Structures are required to develop the automated system or the progressive mobile application in order to meet the needs of the Isidro Ayora General Hospital based on its administrative functions, which, using the concept of the automated system to guide knowledge, in addition to determine with which programming language the tool will be developed. The objective of the study to develop the mobile application is to improve the performance of employees during their working hours. Employees will have an application on their mobile devices suitable to work on said equipment where they will have to register in the system where they will detail their personal data, once registered they must mark their attendance both for entry, rest and exit apart from them They will be able to view the hour meter from the start of their work shift, in the application it will be possible to check the payments made by the hospital's administrative authorities. For the investigation, an investigation was applied within a mixed approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Forms with questions for employees were made based on the problems with the calculation of their payments and control of their working hours where statistically the positive and negative answers were known for the analysis and interpretation of these data. The expected solution is to expand the usability of mobile applications within a business environment in administrative management. There is a variety of research projects on time management, but in other areas leaving business aside.
