Abstract
Basado en nuestro tema los conocimientos habilidades y destrezas del cuidador, la problemática y la pregunta que nos interesó bastante fue cuales son las complicaciones que pueden tener los cuidadores en el área gerontológica, y las respuestas fueron pautadas, la principal es; la vida del adulto mayor y ampliar su salud a lo largo de su tercera edad, evaluar sus patologías que a veces dejan al paciente inmovilizado, otorgar el conocimiento de habilidades y destrezas, como puede ser las actividades, bioterapia, manualidades, esto mejorara su autoestima. Estar al mando y servicio de un adulto mayor es un rasgo del alto riesgo para el enfermero principal. La carga laboral tanto emocionalmente como físicamente, está encargado por el profesional al mando y cansancio, pero si el cuidador sabe ser un buen profesional sabrá lidiar con ello. Como objetivo principal tenemos la evaluación y necesidad psicológica, factores de estrés y hábitos nocivos que tienen los cuidadores al estar encargados de cuidar a su paciente, se ve afectado principalmente su estado físico, dolor en el cuerpo, ya que bien sabemos que todo ser humano tiene un peso el cual varia. La metodología tiene como principal función evaluar el área donde trabajan los cuidadores, investigar cómo se desenvuelven con ellos, que consejos nos pueden brindar para realizar un trabajo correcto, los adultos mayores como bien sabemos cuándo llegan a la tercera edad no les gusta realizar varias actividades para mantenerse bien, no les gusta asearse, cambiarse, entre otras variantes más, aquí es donde se necesita el apoyo del cuidador porque él tiene voz de mando, esto no quiere decir que ellos maltratan al adulto mayor, solo que alzan la voz y realizan su trabajo porque ellos en la mayoría de veces no hacen caso son muy tercos. Para concluir el 89% de los adultos mayores realizan las actividades sin dificultad mientras que el 11% son dependientes y tienen que guiarse mediante el cuidador.

Based on our topic, the knowledge, skills and abilities of the caregiver, the problem and the question that interested us a lot was what are the complications that caregivers can have in the gerontological area, and the answers were guided, the main one being; the life of the older adult and expand their health throughout their senior years, evaluate their pathologies that sometimes leave the patient immobilized, provide knowledge of skills and abilities, such as activities, dance therapy, crafts, this will improve their self-esteem . Being in charge and service of an older adult is a high-risk trait for the primary nurse. The workload, both emotionally and physically, is carried out by the professional in charge and fatigue, but if the caregiver knows how to be a good professional, they will know how to deal with it. As our main objective we have the evaluation and psychological need, stress factors and harmful habits that caregivers have when they are in charge of caring for their patient, their physical condition, pain in the body is mainly affected, since we well know that every human being It has a weight which varies. The main function of the methodology is to evaluate the area where the caregivers work, investigate how they deal with them, what advice they can give us to do a correct job, older adults, as we well know, when they reach old age, they do not like to carry out various activities. to stay well, they do not like to clean themselves, change clothes, among other variants, this is where the support of the caregiver is needed because he has a voice of command, this does not mean that they mistreat the older adult, it just means that they raise their voice and do their work because most of the time they don't pay attention and are very stubborn. To conclude, 89% of older adults perform activities without difficulty while 11% are dependent and have to be guided by their caregiver.
