dc.descriptionEl presente proyecto de tesis consiste en desarrollar e implementación de un sistema web de control de fichas del departamento de consejería estudiantil de la Unidad Educativa Benjamín Ramírez, ya que en la actualidad la Unidad Educativa no cuenta con un sistema web para el control de fichas de los estudiantes que ingresan al departamento y necesita la intervención de la Psicóloga para poder realizar el ingreso del estudiante y esto se lo realiza de forma manual, es por eso que se propuso el desarrollo de un sistema web para el control de las fichas ya que con este sistema será más fácil y no se perderá información del estudiante ingresado ya que la Psicóloga podría subir las fichas en el sistema web y estos se guardaran en una base de datos, para ellos existen varios formularios , la principal característica del sistema es la facilidad de crear un ficha para el ingreso del estudiante, además las fichas se harán en formato de Word.
dc.description.abstractThe present thesis project consists of developing and implementing a web control system for records of the student counseling department of the Benjamín Ramírez Educational Unit, since currently the Educational Unit does not have a web system for the control of data sheets. the students that enter the department and need the intervention of the Psychologist to be able to make the entrance of the student and this is done manually, that is why the development of a web system for the control of the cards was proposed since This system will be easier and the information of the student entered will not be lost since the Psychologist could upload the files in the web system and these will be stored in a database, for them there are several forms, the main feature of the system is the ease of create a file for the student's entry, in addition the cards will be made in Word format.
