| dc.description | Este proyecto tiene como objetivo principal brindar a la Escuela de Educación Básica “Dr. Rafael Vintimilla Jara” la oportunidad de optimización y crecimiento de una de sus áreas principales, el área académica; mediante el uso de herramientas tecnológicas que la conviertan en una institución más competitiva y capaz dentro del mundo moderno en el que la sociedad actual se desarrolla. El principal problema que existe en la Escuela de Educación Básica “Dr. Rafael Vintimilla Jara” con respecto al registro de asistencia y calificaciones; se lo realizan manualmente la cual presentaba deficiencias en cuanto a tiempo. Por ello se ve en la necesidad de optimizar y reducir los tiempos para la gestión de la asistencia y calificaciones, para lo cual se ha implementado un sistema web que nos permite la correcta y eficiente gestión. El desarrollo del sistema web se modeló utilizando la metodología RUP (Proceso Racional Unificado) y haciendo uso de las herramientas de software libre para el desarrollo del sistema y de la base de datos. El resultado final fue un sistema web que permite el registro de calificaciones y registro de asistencia de los estudiantes, como una herramienta de fácil manejo y de entendimiento, con características profesionales como mensajes emergentes, reportes en PDF y Microsoft Excel, de seguridad es de usuario y acciones a opciones de menú con restricciones por rol. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This project has a main objective to provide the School of Education Basic “Dr Rafael Ventimilla Jara” the opportunity for optimizations and growth from one of its main areas, the academic area through the use of technological tools that make it a more competitive institution and capable within the modern world in which today's society develops. The main problem that exists in the elementary School of Education Basic “Dr. Rafael Ventimilla Jara” Regarding the attendance and qualifications record; It is done manually which presented deficiencies in terms of time. This is why it is necessary to optimize and reduce times for attendance management and qualification for which a web system has been implement that allows us connect and efficient management. The developed of the web system was modeled using the methodology RUP (Unified Rational Process) and making use of free software tools for system and data base development. The final result was a web system that allows the registration of grades and registration of student attendance. As an easy to use and understanding, tool with professional characteristics how pop-up reports in PDF y Microsoft Excel. Security is user and actions to menu options with restrictions by role. | |
