Abstract
El presente proyecto de investigación, tuvo como finalidad el poder recopilar y analizar las diferentes necesidades que existía en la biblioteca del Instituto Superior Tecnológico Particular Sudamericano de la ciudad de cuenca Ecuador, en donde se determinó que la manera manual para realizar la gestión o préstamo de los libros causaba diferentes tipos de inconvenientes en los estudiantes, docentes e investigadores, convirtiéndose en uno de los factores que influyen en la baja utilización de la biblioteca, por lo que se planteó la implementación de sistema de gestión y préstamo de libros web, móvil, bajo la metodología de ser una investigación aplicada, de la misma manera se utilizó la técnica de desarrollo RAD, que nos permitió entregar un software de calidad, cumpliendo los parámetros que requiere esta metodología, con lo que al implementar el software se pretende minimizar los tiempos al momento de consultar o pedir prestado los libros, y con ello se fomentara el uso de una manera adecuada de la biblioteca de la institución garantizando así el acceso a la información en cualquier momento que los estudiantes, docentes e investigadores lo requieran.
Description
The purpose of this research project was to be able to collect and analyze the different needs that existed in the library of the Instituto Superior Tecnológico Particular Sudamericano in the city of Cuenca Ecuador, where it was determined that the manual way to carry out the management or loan of books caused different types of inconveniences in students, teachers and researchers, becoming one of the factors that influence the low use of the library, so the implementation of a web-mobile book management and loan system is proposed. under the methodology of being an applied research, in the same way using the RAD development technique, which allows us to deliver quality software, meeting the parameters required by this methodology, with which when implementing the software it is intended to minimize the times at the time of consulting or borrowing the books, and with this the use of a way to the library of the institution, thus guaranteeing access to information at any time that students, teachers and researchers require it.and with this the use of a way to of the institution's library, thus guaranteeing access to information at any time.
