Abstract
El presente estudio trata sobre el desarrollo e implementación de una aplicación móvil, entendiendo que han aparecido debido a la convergencia de los medios de comunicación, la informática, Internet y las tecnologías avanzadas. En este sentido, la investigación busca diseñar e implementar la aplicación móvil VETAPP para la veterinaria “Dogtor Chess" para el agendamiento de citas, por ende, el trabajo se sustenta en base a metodologías de enfoque mixto, método deductivo, al igual que método Scrum y técnica de observación. Donde se obtuvo que la aplicación móvil mediante SDK Flutter y Firebase, permitió la validación de agendamiento, así como también, en ingresar datos, enviar, verificar, guardar, mostrar en la interfaz de datos, donde se plasma las opciones de , , , lo que permite un mejor proceso en el agendamiento de citas en la clínica veterinaria .
Description
This study deals with the development and implementation of a mobile, understanding that they have appeared due to the convergence of media, computing, Internet and advanced technologies. In this sense, the research seeks to design and implement the mobile application VETAPP for the veterinary "Dogtor Chess" for scheduling appointments, therefore, the work is based on methodologies of mixed approach, deductive method, as well as Scrum method and observation technique. Where it was obtained that the mobile application through SDK Flutter and Firebase, allowed the validation of scheduling, as well as, entering data, send, verify, save, display in the data interface, where the options of , , , which allows a better process in the scheduling of appointments in the veterinary clinic.
