    In the book titled “Golden Wisdom: A Holistic Approach to Health,” the authors who contributed to this work—which you, dear reader, now hold in your hands— sought to analyze the importance of health promotion and prevention in relation to chronic noncommunicable diseases among older adults, as well as the specific work carried out in collaboration with the Sayausí Parish GAD and the Nursing program at the Instituto Superior Tecnológico Particular Sudamericano, which stemmed from the research project “Primary Care for Older Adults in the Parish of Sayausí: Prevalence of the Most Common Chronic Noncommunicable Diseases.”
