Aplicación web de reporte ciudadano para la gestión de servicios básicos en Rayoloma
(Instituto Superior Tecnológico Particular Sudamericano, 2025) Wilson David Castillo Guamán; Pablo Andrés Lucero Guamán
This work addresses the development of a web application for registering citizen reports on issues related to basic services such as public lighting, infrastructure, potable water, garbage collection, electricity, and street maintenance. The main problem lies in the inefficient communication between the residents of the Rayoloma neighborhood and local authorities, which hinders the proper management of these services. In this context, the main objective is to design a technological tool that facilitates the submission of reports in a simple and organized manner, allowing authorities to prioritize and efficiently manage requests. To achieve this, the Scrum methodology is employed, enabling the application to be developed in continuous improvement cycles, where new functionalities are incorporated and adjustments are made according to the needs of users and authorities in each iteration. As an innovative contribution, the application will feature an interactive interface that allows reports to be managed based on the type of affected service. Additionally, it will integrate digital tools to optimize communication and administrative management. In the long term, the expected results include an improvement in the interaction between citizens and authorities, as well as public service management in general. In summary, this project aims to strengthen the administration of basic services, making it more efficient, accessible, and solution-oriented for community issues.
