    The present research is to implement a design and construction of "Electronic and interactive teaching panel for the Cerebral Palsy Institute of Azuay, IPCA (Instituto De Parálisis Cerebral Del Azuay)". Its main objective is to improve understanding and memorization of the learning method which is to be a dynamic tool for the teaching of students. The development of this project aims to be used exclusively by students and teachers of the IPCA, especially for the benefit of students with special disabilities. They will be favored by having a work tool that helps their growth or educational development. The general structure of the Panel in a brief review is that it consists of 32 buttons, one row will be only for teachers and the following 22 buttons will be exclusive for students and also consists of the general options that are "Yes" and "No".
