    Desarrollo de un sistema para gestión académica en base a normativa ISO 9001;2015, caso Universidad Católica de Cuenca.

    The present work of qualification consists in the development of a system that allows the Department of Quality Management of the Catholic University of Cuenca, to certify its quality taking as reference the quality management systems and the control panels, in such a way that can have accurate information and in time for decision making, said system will be carried out based on the ISO 9001: 2015 regulations, implementing modules of a control panel for the management of indicators in an automated way, as well as the implementation of improvements based on indicators and the QMS. The methodology used for the development of the System is RUP, which provides techniques that must be followed by the members of the development team, in order to increase their productivity in the development process. Each of the requirements made within the project has allowed us to achieve the results to meet each of the objectives set and thus obtain.
