The objective of this research was to develop a web application to optimize the management of products, orders, and inventory for El Suspiro store, located in the Historic Center of Cuenca, Ecuador. The study was motivated by the need to improve the store's administrative processes, which were carried out manually, making inventory control, order tracking, and information management more difficult. The research followed an applied approach with a descriptive scope and a qualitative methodology, using a non-experimental cross-sectional research design. Data were collected through direct observation and documentary analysis, allowing the identification of business needs and the definition of the system's functional and non-functional requirements. The application was developed using React for the user interface, Supabase as the backend platform, and PostgreSQL as the database management system. The proposed solution includes modules for user management, product management, inventory control, order registration, and report generation, enabling centralized information management and the automation of business processes. The results demonstrate that the developed web application improves the organization of internal processes, strengthens inventory control, reduces errors associated with manual information management, and supports administrative decision-making. It is concluded that implementing technological solutions in small businesses is an effective strategy to improve productivity, optimize information management, and enhance customer service quality.
