The project proposes a proposal to solve the problem detected in the educational community of the South American Institute, it is based on the implementation of a pedagogical tool for learning the foreign language english. The implementation was carried out through the application of graphic design tools that follow a process to obtain the story called “Potatoes with leather”, this project aims to generate interest in learning on the part of the students of the South American Higher Institute Level. A1. Currently, teaching methods fail to capture the attention of all students who progressively lose interest in learning the english language, which is why the use of motion graphics is proposed following a series of steps and investigations, as well as a striking plot that can interact with students and be participants in this in order to learn in a different way through electronic devices used by the entire public.
