    This thesis details the development of a web system for the control of repairs of computer equipment in the company "APC Technology", the system will solve the problems currently presented by the company, because repair orders are performed manually, which generates a deficiency when maintaining control over them. Therefore, the theoretical aspects and methodologies that were used for the development of the web system are described below, with the priority of presenting the system, its windows, forms and actions in an easy and intuitive way to use for the different users involved when generating a service order. The different tools used for the development of the web system, allowed to make an agile and efficient system that will allow the management of the orders, the assigned technicians, the clients of the company and to have control over the orders enerated through reports.
