    This study deals with the development and implementation of a mobile, understanding that they have appeared due to the convergence of media, computing, Internet and advanced technologies. In this sense, the research seeks to design and implement the mobile application VETAPP for the veterinary "Dogtor Chess" for scheduling appointments, therefore, the work is based on methodologies of mixed approach, deductive method, as well as Scrum method and observation technique. Where it was obtained that the mobile application through SDK Flutter and Firebase, allowed the validation of scheduling, as well as, entering data, send, verify, save, display in the data interface, where the options of , , , which allows a better process in the scheduling of appointments in the veterinary clinic.
