Implementación de NAPS para la gestión de usuarios en la empresa ServiCable con el software QGIS
(Instituto Tecnológico Superior Sudamericano, 2020) Kevin Adrián Aguirre Tarira; Eddy Fernando Fajardo Serrano
The present project was developed taking into account a development methodology (SCRUM methodology), this to be able to distribute the different tasks every week and to complete the established project. The project was carried out by collecting information about the NAPS in the city of Cuenca, subsequently collecting the information in the QGIS software identifying the NAP locations in the 7 zones of Cuenca. This system is very helpful for the ServiCable company, once the results were analyzed using statistical tables on the current situation of the company and the desired situation. This helped reduce costs and time in the sale and installation of internet service by F.O. The objective of the project is to give a better response time to users and improve decision making for the company. As a conclusion of the project, time and cost were reduced, so that the sales department manager can easily verify if he has available ports just by entering the map that is provided online for the company avoiding unnecessary transfers and generating expenses. Thus the company has managed to make better decisions when contacting a customer requesting the internet service.
