    Geoportals are a viable and feasible solution to be able to carry out different types of analysis such as the one proposed for market analysis, it will be very useful for entrepreneurs to determine the situation of small or medium enterprises in the sector before undertaking In the case of a specific study, a geo portal was implemented for SERVICABLE SA a company located in the city of Cuenca in the Azuay canton, the geographical information system that aims to provide customer information to the company's staff to improve their response times in terms of their operational processes and improve customer service ( Technical visits and facilities). Through the document, the phases of the elaboration of the system can be evidenced from its definition, declaration of objectives and design, through its implementation, exploitation and testing of the results. Finally, it will contribute with some conclusions about the work done.
