    It is important to highlight that the purpose of this research is directed toward the residents of Bulan, an agricultural area which bases its economy on the distribution of staple products, what do they know or what do they know? The problem of the case is due to the waste of these elements, in addition, we seek to innovate in part for the inhabitants of the area of Bulan with commercial products such as ice cream, which would be made based on fruits and aromatic herbs, in this way Bulan is distinguished by its variety, ability to produce and harvest staple foods which are distributed within the southern area, the purpose is to develop a good quality product that can be replicated with elements that the inhabitants can obtain and that do not become too expensive, the methodological approach used is a mixed approach that offers a more enriching and complete understanding of the studied phenomenon, which helps to broaden the understanding of the case, Therefore the work is being adapted with the necessary technical processes which will be taught to the villagers of Bulan, sensory tests were developed as the smell, taste, texture, to know the acceptance of the product with what in this way was achieved the goal that was ahead.
