    Desarrollo e implementación de una aplicación web de fidelización basada en incentivos digitales para la gestión de clientes en la cafetería La Nonna de la ciudad de Cuenca, periodo 2026

    This project developed and implemented a web-based loyalty application using digital incentives to support customer management at La Nonna café in Cuenca. The initial diagnosis identified the absence of a formal loyalty program, centralized customer records, benefit controls, and reports. The research was applied, descriptive, and non-experimental, with a quantitative component for product evaluation. Development was organized through Scrum and included process analysis, requirements definition, design, implementation, and testing. The solution provides authentication, customer registration, a QR-identified digital stamp card, eligible purchase registration, benefit management, reports, and compatibility with Google Wallet and Apple Wallet. Apple Wallet passes use identifiers and certificates managed through Apple Developer. All 38 criteria in the functional checklist were met. The questionnaire completed by customers produced 88.9% favorable responses, 11.1% neutral responses, and no negative responses. These findings support compliance with the evaluated requirements and a favorable perception of ease of use, operation, and perceived utility.
