There are many proposals for automated services in food sales sites that are focused on delivery service or rather known as home delivery. With this application that seeks to focus on service within the restaurant, the main objective is to improve attention and reduce order delivery times. The main goal of a mobile application is to provide comfort to the user who uses it in addition to fulfilling the objective for which it was created, that is, creating an application that meets the business objective is not the only important thing, but with She can also present in the end an easy-to-use, predictable application with a user-friendly design that uses it, for which the use of IONIC will be of great help to create an application with this description, thanks to the fact that IONIC is Multiplatform and versatile in the construction of interfaces and components and with the help of a FIREBASE database. The use of the mobile application inside the restaurant shortens the waiting time of the consumer as well as generates expectations about the new innovative way of placing an order, we streamline the staff, the administrator or manager has the ability to manage your restaurant in a more comfortable way allowing even that this is not present in the restaurant, since the application will facilitate you to take care and observe in a timely manner how your business is going. In a bar graph of attention that influences how the waiter's behavior was to the client and the waiting time to reach the final objective that is to deliver the prepared dish to the client, the results obtained show that the client obtains his order in a degree of about 5 minutes less than without using the application in addition to showing remarkably that the good attention of the waiter was captured by the consumer.
