The research successfully developed and implemented a visual communication system for the celebration of Cu.Gallery’s 18th Anniversary, using both printed and audiovisual media. The project arose from the need to improve the promotion of the event while creating a commemorative visual identity aligned with the brand’s established graphic guidelines. To achieve this, a mixed-method research approach was employed, together with a design process based on Design Thinking, supported by surveys, interview analysis, production, and the practical application of visual references. As a result, a comprehensive visual communication system was created, including printed and digital graphic materials, photography, videos, signage, stationery, and promotional resources applied throughout the commemorative exhibition. The implementation of this system transformed the use of visual communication for the event by expanding its reach and reinforcing a cohesive graphic identity across all communication media. The results demonstrate that the proposed objectives were successfully achieved and confirm that a visual communication system is an effective tool for promoting cultural events and strengthening brand identity.
