    Perform the distribution and control of students who attend pre-professional practices, are the tasks that most delay the staff facing these activities of the Software Development Career of the Institute of South American Technologies of the city of Cuenca, where these processes are currently They are made manually, so an information system was made that allows the automation of these processes, reducing time and effort. Technologically, the tools that LARAVEL provides for the development of Web applications were used, using the PHP programming language, managing the database through MYSQL Workbench and managing the conceptual model of the same medium, which allowed the concept to be applied for web development. Emphasizing, the project, in the end, highlights the importance of studying the areas, competencies, work and academic skills in students of professional practices as a mediator of the requirements that companies today are demanding in these students in terms of application for a call for professional practices and the execution of professional practices agreements between the management of practices and the companies themselves, a fact that helped a lot in the effective design of the product to be shown. With the implementation of this system it is expected to improve each of the activities carried out by the staff.
