    Propuesta de aplicativo web para el alquiler de herramientas en la ciudad de Cuenca

    In the city of Cuenca, a recurring problem has been identified related to the high costs and limited availability of tool rentals, which affects residents who occasionally require these tools for their personal or business projects. In order to address this issue, an innovative web application has been proposed that aims to facilitate access to tools and equipment while reducing acquisition costs through an environmentally friendly approach. The project is developed using the quali-quantitative paradigm, with exploratory research and then a transactional scope within the projective scenario that will follow the agile methodology of software development, which consists of several stages: from planning to maintenance of a web application, which ensures the functionality and compliance with the requirements, will be used cutting edge web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Typescript, Ionic and Firebase. The feasibility and relevance of the project is supported by extensive previous research, which has revealed a growing interest in tool rental rather than purchase, demonstrating that there is a real demand in the Cuenca community. In addition, this research has provided valuable information on the needs and expectations of the users, which will allow for a more focused design tailored to their specific requirements.
