    Desarrollo de dispensador automatizado de bebidas con integración IoT y asistente de voz para optimizar el servicio en bares

    This study titled Development o fan Automated Beverage Dispenser with IoT Integration and Voice Assistant to Improve Service in Bars addresses the inefficiency in the preparation and distribution of cocktails in bars, nightclubs, and social events. Problems such as long wait times, inconsistent recipes, and reliance on trained staff represent challenges for both business owners and consumers.The purpose was to design and implementa an automated system that employs the Internet of Things (IoT) and voice assistant to improve customes expriencie, reduce operational cost, and ensure quality of cocktails. The methodology combined a descriptive approach, to examine the sector´s needs and challenges through surveys and interviews with bar owners, and an experimental perspective that included the design, prototyping, and testing of the “Bar Box” device. During the development process, technologies such as ESP32, NestJS, MQTT, AWS IoT Core, React, were incorporated, along with voice assistants like Alexa, ensuring an effective connection and seamless interaction between users and the system.The results demonstrated the device´s effectiveness in real-life scenarios, showing a significant reduction in cocktail preparation times and an enhanced customer experience, which atracted consumer attention. Its ability to optimize operational resources, reduce personnel costs, and increase productivity was evidente. To conclude, this automated system not only manifests as a cutting-edge technological innovation but also as a strategic tool to revolutionize the bar and social events industry, merging, innovation, efficiency and sustainability.
