Sistema de automatización para la cadena de suministros y procesos de facturación en la producción acuícola de agrupación Maransa S.A.S
(Instituto Superior Tecnológico Particular Sudamericano, 2026) Romero Ramon Josué Antonio
The purpose of this work is the design and development of an information system aimed at automating the logistics chain and electronic invoicing processes in the company Agrupación Maransa S.A.S., dedicated to shrimp commercialization in the province of El Oro. This research arises from the need to improve product traceability, reduce administrative errors, and enhance operational efficiency in a strategic sector of the Ecuadorian economy that currently relies on fragmented processes, manual records, and limited technological integration. The general objective was to integrate logistics management with electronic invoicing through a centralized information system. Specific objectives included the analysis of current processes, system architecture design, implementation, and evaluation of its impact on business operations. The applied methodology was based on process analysis and the development of an information system, functionally validated in a real operational environment. The results showed improved information control, complete traceability of orders from purchase to invoicing, reduced inconsistencies in pricing and payment calculations, and better coordination among the involved areas. In conclusion, the implementation of the proposed system demonstrates that automating logistics and invoicing processes strengthens efficiency, transparency, and competitiveness, representing a viable solution for other companies within the Ecuadorian shrimp sector.
