    Diseño de una agenda terapéutica ilustrada para fomentar el bienestar psicoemocional en mujeres codependientes del Centro Psicológico Coda Cuenca, Ecuador

    At the CoDa Psychological Center in the city of Cuenca, the absence of a structured editorial resource to continuously support the therapeutic process of women with codependent behaviors was identified. Although treatment is carried out during consultations through the ten steps developed at the center, there was no tangible tool to facilitate reflection, personal record keeping, and continuity of the process beyond the clinical setting. This limitation restricts the strengthening of patients’ self-awareness and emotional autonomy. In response to this need, this thesis proposes the design and development of an illustrated therapeutic planner aimed at women between the ages of 24 and 35 who attend the center. The project is grounded in the Design Thinking approach and User-Centered Design, integrating contextual research, interviews, direct observation, and a review of therapeutic content based on the book Women Who Love Too Much. The proposal materializes as a spiral-bound A5-format planner that incorporatesthe ten therapeutic steps, introspective exercises, guided writing spaces, and symbolic illustrations that accompany the emotional process. Beyond an aesthetic solution, the project positions editorial design as a strategic support tool within the field of mental health, strengthening treatment continuity and promoting patients’ emotional autonomy.
