    Documental acerca de las leyendas urbanas de la ciudad de Cuenca para la Biblioteca Municipal

    A legend, is an artistic and historical representation that is full of intrinsic features of a population, both with their fears, beliefs, important events, and the worldview that members of a community have. However, nowadays, cultural appropriation and globalization have caused people, especially the younger ones, to be unaware of these cultural elements of their own nation. Objective: To develop a documentary about the legends of Cuenca through the Bruce Archer methodology in order to make a contribution to the preservation of the culture of the people of Cuenca. Method: This study and documentary proposal uses a descriptive methodology with a qualitative and bibliographic approach since bibliographic information will be collected on the web, related to the urban legends of Cuenca and the necessary considerations for the development of a documentary. Also, the design methodology based on Bruce Archer's proposal is applied. Results: A proposal was developed for the creation of audiovisual material of documentary type that captures the legends told throughout the development that uses argumentative elements as inspiration for the creation of typographies, titles, settings, reference images and other graphic elements implemented to show the cultural richness and history of Cuenca.
