    Corporate image is the public's perception of a company based on how it is presented through the brand, public relations efforts, the media, stakeholders, employees, unions, and advocacy organizations. of the consumer. Companies invest a substantial portion in marketing and advertising to build and maintain a positive corporate image that is critical to their competitive position. In this research work, the problems of the Manantial Hotel were analyzed based on its corporate image, in turn, the most appropriate solution was identified to help effectively boost the communication channels and the way in which they reach the public. This study established as a result that Hotel Manantial did not have an adequate brand to identify it, which led to establishing channels and means for its segmentation. In this document, the corporate identity manual for the hotel was designed.
