Diseño y desarrollo de un sistema integral de comunicación visual: Manual de procesos, identidad corporativa y página web para la empresa Gráficas “El Troquel”
(Instituto Superior Tecnológico Particular Sudamericano, 2026) Luna Jacho Wendy Dayanna
This thesis is developed in response to the need to strengthen the visual image, internal organization, and digital presence of the Cuenca-based company Gráficas “El Troquel”. Despite its experience and recognition in the graphic sector, the company lacked clear guidelines to unify its visual identity, standardize its processes, and support its communication in the digital environment. The project proposes the design and development of an Integrated Visual Communication System, composed of three key elements: a Corporate Identity Manual, a Process Manual for packaging production, and a functional website. These resources aim to organize, modernize, and bring coherence to the way the company communicates both internally and externally. Through staff interviews and customer surveys, issues such as inconsistent brand usage, reliance on empirical knowledge in production processes, and limited digital visibility were identified. In response, the proposal presents visual and organizational tools that facilitate daily operations, improve efficiency, strengthen the company’s professional image, and enable better connections with clients. This project not only enhances the visual appearance of Gráficas “El Troquel” but also optimizes its internal operations and prepares the company to compete more solidly and professionally in the current graphic market, respecting its trajectory while projecting it toward the future.
