    This work consists of the design and development of a web platform for online booking management and financial control of the Unique Style beauty salon in Cuenca. In the world of beauty work in the city, the lack of implementation of digital technologies has generated inconsistency in the management of appointments and finances, with inefficiencies and difficulty in financial control, etc.. To solve this problem, it was proposed to develop a system that integrates the automation of reservations, a financial control module and a chat Bot for customer service. During the process, a comparative analysis of various web development technologies was carried out in order to define the most appropriate system architecture and tools. The research adopted a mixed approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods to measure the impact of the solution. The results showed substantial progress in the management of the business, optimizing the organization of appointments and revenues, although there are still areas for improvement, such as the integration of online payments. The use of the agile SCRUM methodology was used to define the development in iterative cycles, achieving an adaptable solution in accordance with the client's requirements. As a result, an efficient system was created that centralizes the management of reservations and finances, offering an optimized experience for both clients and administrators. Functional and usability tests proved the effectiveness of the system, with a margin of satisfaction. It is concluded that the digitalization of these processes strengthens the competitiveness of the business and improves its operational efficiency.
