Propuesta de la creación de un paquete turístico de los viñedos en Quito y Guayaquil, caso Ecuador para dar a conocer los viñedos
(Instituto Tecnológico Superior Sudamericano, 2022) Karina Estefanía Jadan Castro
Currently in Ecuador there is no promotion or dissemination of wine tourism and its benefits, therefore it is not carried out frequently in the country since more importance and relevance is given to the attractions already known and frequented by national or international tourists, for this reason the analysis is carried out in the wine production areas in the country aimed at the Ecuadorian population and international tourists, Likewise, the research carried out will contribute with the collection of information about the vineyards by means of information cards that will indicate the possibility of carrying out wine tourism in the areas involved. The creation of the package with enotourism activities provides several advantages for the areas involved and settlements near the vineyards such as improving the quality of life and the economy with the involvement of local people by having tourist affluence when carrying out the activities, promotion for the country with a new innovative product, with the intention of rescuing activities such as vine harvesting, wine tasting, which are left aside when giving importance to other types of tourism where it is not considered to know or visit vineyards.
