The lack of knowledge about the importance of mental health and the problems that misinformation can cause in human life forces us to consider how education can exclude these issues. These issues are essential for student learning and development. In this project, the importance of mental health care in issues such as stress and academic anxiety is analyzed. A quantitative study is presented under an investigative approach, in which the needs of the students in terms of support material are identified. The main objective is focused directly on young adults who are currently going through their last year in high school, seeking their emotional well-being, creating support material which will be shared through social media, short films and motivational banners that will be located in the school facilities.
