    Research project that starts under a bibliographic theoretical speech about the concepts of graphic design applied to a redesign of a logotype of a bread store called Pastelería y Panadería Panydu in Cuenca city. A qualitative research, observation, and interviews are going to be done to develop the new image with all the necessary characteristics incorporated to the new isologue such as justification of the brand, creative processes, support elements, chromatics, old versions of the brand, applications, and packaging. Externalize every implement, tool and utensil that is used by the bakery in their daily activities, the new image will increase the selling, and also the bakery will be known as one of the best quality bakeries that maintains the heritage of making a great product consumed by the people.
