People in the school training phase with intellectual disabilities require the support of technology to strengthen their educational process. Despite the prevalence of computers in daily activities, an adequate method that meets the specific needs of inattention and learning difficulties has not yet been developed. This situation affects the students of the San José de Calasanz Institute. In order to raise students' learning levels, a virtual learning environment is implemented. In the methodology, we worked with 15 students from eighth to tenth grade of basic education, who participated in learning sessions initially without using the platform and later with its incorporation. The data is subjected to an analysis using a t test, to analyze the scores obtained and make a comparison. The results show a significant improvement in the students' general average, supporting the effectiveness of the virtual environment to meet the raised expectations. This study contributes to scientific knowledge by demonstrating the usefulness of virtual environments and ICT in inclusive education, especially for students with intellectual disabilities, from an observational and analytical perspective.
