    The present investigation consists of a scheme prior to the acquirement the annual operating license in the city of Cuenca, focusing on entrepreneurs in the food and beverages industry, determining the correct procedures to proceed to obtain the annual operating license, its objective is to provide accurate information on the processes through an innovative and necessary proposal in the development of the food and beverage industry. To achieve this objective, an application is presented in which the true information of the processes to follow is in chronological order to obtain any of the permits before mentioned in the development of the present proposal, with the help of technical and technological tools, there will be access to the necessary information for the procedure in the entities in charge of issuing them.
