    This project has a main objective to provide the School of Education Basic “Dr Rafael Ventimilla Jara” the opportunity for optimizations and growth from one of its main areas, the academic area through the use of technological tools that make it a more competitive institution and capable within the modern world in which today's society develops. The main problem that exists in the elementary School of Education Basic “Dr. Rafael Ventimilla Jara” Regarding the attendance and qualifications record; It is done manually which presented deficiencies in terms of time. This is why it is necessary to optimize and reduce times for attendance management and qualification for which a web system has been implement that allows us connect and efficient management. The developed of the web system was modeled using the methodology RUP (Unified Rational Process) and making use of free software tools for system and data base development. The final result was a web system that allows the registration of grades and registration of student attendance. As an easy to use and understanding, tool with professional characteristics how pop-up reports in PDF y Microsoft Excel. Security is user and actions to menu options with restrictions by role.
