    Revista digital como aporte de reconocimiento de la Cultura Freestyle para la Dirección de Cultura de la ciudad de Cuenca

    This degree project shows the process of creating an interactive digital magazine, which exposes the history and growth of the Cuencan freestylers, allowing the general public to learn about the subject, and also how the competitions work. It is proposed to give an exposure to the different freestylers that make up this circle, this, in order to mitigate any kind of stigmatization or stereotype towards the culture. For the research, surveys and interviews were conducted in order to collect relevant information from the public for the construction of the interactive magazine. In this sense freestyle rap is similar to improvised music as is done in jazz, or improvising performances as in theater, or forms as is done in painting. No one really knows who was the first person to start improvising Rap, when it started, or where it really took place (MONTERO, 2021). For the design of the interactive magazine, the "Grunge" graphic style is used, taking it as the main base. In this process, photos are taken and then edited in Adobe Photoshop, creating a double exposure for each cover; In addition, digital textures have been implemented and all graphic elements have been organized in an orderly manner. Similarly, using Adobe InDesign, the magazine is compiled by page numbers and the text is complemented with information related to the theme of the project.
