    Aplicación móvil para gestionar los planes personalizados de entrenamiento y nutrición del Gimnasio Arnold Gym

    The determination to improve health and lifestyle has increased in recent years, as the development of diseases linked to a sedentary lifestyle increases the need to develop personalized nutrition and training plans. Therefore, within the framework of technological implementation in the health field, a mobile application has been developed for managing personalized training and nutrition plans at Arnold Gym in Cuenca, Ecuador. The problem is the personalization and efficiency in the management of the plans offered to improve the experience and results of the users of the establishment. The mobile application uses modern technologies and agile methodologies to improve the experience and results of users by personalizing their training and nutrition plans. The development consists of a mixed approach, combining quantitative and qualitative techniques; for this, React Native is used for the frontend, Node.js and Express.js for the backend, and Firebase for authentication and database. The developed mobile application significantly improves the management of personalized plans at Arnold Gym, providing an efficient and accessible tool that meets the specific needs of users, as well as optimizing the work of personal trainers.
