    The evolution of technology in mobile devices has been rapid reaching the point that a smartphone is a tool for people's daily lives, among the different uses that are given to a Smartphone are communication, study, entertainment all this in Different applications that use the internet for proper operation. Then you can take advantage of the versatility and resources maintained by smartphones based on the Android operating system to develop a social mobile application that supports a wireless button that is optional, which will allow us to send emergency alerts to a web platform in the which will receive all the events sent from the user's cellular application. The web platform can manage that the event received is shared with other users who also own the application, such events can also be managed by a security company that can provide the necessary support for said emergency. In the city of Cuenca, due to the high level of social insecurity, this application as the first step in registering income will obtain the majority of personal data, health problems, special abilities, etc. Using the resources of the phone, you can send the location of the users and in this way we will have precision in the location. The web platform with obtaining all the information will allow us to help a user more efficiently, because after receiving an alert the system will automatically report the alert every so often to avoid losing accuracy.
