- ItemDesarrollo de un sistema de monitoreo inalámbrico de la calidad del agua para evaluar el impacto del cambio climático en ecosistemas acuáticos(Instituto Superior Tecnológico Particular Sudamericano, 2025) Guzhñay Nivicela Diego Andrés; Yanza Zhingri Jeyson JoséDue to different environmental problems, water quality has been compromised, which conditions its use for human consumption or other applications such as industry, agriculture, among others. That is why the present degree work called “Development of a wireless water quality monitoring system to assess the impact of climate change on aquatic ecosystems” aims to measure water quality by evaluating pH and temperature, to understand the health of the aquatic ecosystem and promote the conservation of water resources. For this purpose, a methodological process has been applied based on a quantitative approach, with an experimental design, applying the sampling technique in three emblematic areas of the lagoon such as the shore, intermediate zone and the center, where variables such as water pH were measured. The results show that the water quality measurement system was successful, finding an average level of 7.22 on the pH scale, which indicates that the water has a slightly alkaline tendency, suitable for the survival of the different organisms that live in it. In conclusion, the wireless water quality monitoring system worked successfully, as planned for the pH measurement in Lake Maylas.
