    This graduation project proposes the design and development of sensory didactic materials specifically for first-year basic education students at Unidad Educativa Particular “Yanuncay.” The main objective is to enhance early teaching–learning processes by providing tangible resources that align with children’s cognitive characteristics and their need for exploration at this stage of development. This proposal is developed because of the challenges identified in the classroom, being the primary issue, the lack of manipulative and innovative resources that would allow that traditional teaching methods to be overcome. This project not only try to address a specific necessity in the institution. It also encourages reflection on the fundamental of Graphic Design as a discipline within the educational field.
