Estrategias de comunicación visual apoyadas en la identidad corporativa y diseño web para la empresa Tri Essence de la ciudad de Cuenca
(Instituto Superior Tecnológico Particular Sudamericano, 2026) González Granizo Jhasua Naomy
This graduation project aims to develop the visual identity and website design of the Tri Essence service, belonging to the brand Biosthetic, in order to strengthen its visual communication and digital presence within the facial aesthetics and dermatological care sector in the city of Cuenca, Ecuador. The research arises from the need to project a professional and coherent image aligned with values such as trust, well-being, and hygiene, which are essential in health-related aesthetic services. To address this issue, a mixed-method approach was applied, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques. An analysis of national and international references in the aesthetic sector was conducted, along with a survey administered to potential users to identify perceptions related to visual identity, trust, and digital experience. The results showed that visual coherence and the existence of a structured website significantly influence the perception of professionalism and credibility of the service.Based on these findings, a comprehensive proposal was developed, including the creation of a logo, the definition of a pastel blue color palette, the selection of Cronde and DM Sans as institutional typefaces, and the design of an informational website focused on user experience. The methodology was based on the Design Thinking approach, integrating stages of analysis, development, implementation, and evaluation. The project demonstrates that strategically applied graphic design contributes to the positioning and competitive strengthening of aesthetic services within the local market.
