    This work addresses the development of a web application for the management of maintenance orders in the workshop "LOCOS X LAS MOTOS". As workshops seek to optimize their processes and improve the customer experience, the need for a solution that streamlines order management and increase satisfaction arises. The primary objective is to improve efficiency and productivity through the design and implementation of an appropriate software architecture. Needs research, security testing and the creation of a detailed history of each work order make up the methodology of this project. The most significant results include increased operational efficiency, reduced response times and minimized errors in order management. This application not only optimizes internal processes, but also improves internal communication and customer service. In short, it achieves a positive economic and reputational impact for the workshop, as well as improving both employee and customer satisfaction by providing a more efficient and transparent service. In conclusion, this project demonstrates the importance of technology in improving service management, generating benefits at both the business and personal level and contributing to the well-being of the community as a whole. With a solution tailored to the specific needs of the workshop, it has been demonstrated how technological innovation can positively influence various areas, from business operation to customer satisfaction and social impact.
