This research proposes the methodological development of a visual identity and signage system for the April 12th Market, with the aim of structuring its visual communication and improving spatial orientation within the commercial environment. The study is based on the Design Thinking methodology. During the analysis phase, problems were identified related to the absence of a graphic hierarchy, a lack of differentiation by zones, and a lack of technical guidelines for internal signage. In response, criteria were established for modular organization, typographic hierarchy, color application by section, and the construction of a coherent iconic code incorporating international signage standards. The project's outcome is the structuring of a comprehensive signage system, organized by floors and functional segments, which incorporates ergonomic parameters, reading distances, and principles of visual accessibility.
