    Visual impairment consists of the total or partial decrease in the sense of sight. It can be measurable through multiple parameters, such as reading ability at short or long distances, in addition to the visual range or the sharpness with which objects are viewed. This degree work aims to develop an online learning platform in Moodle for students with partial visual impairment. The problem of the investigation is based on a series of difficulties identified through interviews with directors of the Claudio Neira Special Unit and directors of ANVISUR, both institutions have as a social mission the care and support of people with visual disabilities. In accordance with the objectives set for the development of the degree project, it is framed in descriptive, non-experimental research, with a qualitative, cross-sectional approach. As a significant result of the investigation, the simulation of a virtual classroom is obtained in the Moodle platform for the development of courses aimed at students with partial vision, which constitutes a contribution for the possible implementation of Web sites of Accessible courses for People with Visual Impairment. partial, which involves transforming current existing sites and making them available to the community.
